Our friends at hg.hu sent us photos of Memory Point, the "Museum of Political Terror" in Hódmezővásárhey, Hungary, designed by film designer Attila F Kovács.
According to hg.hu, Memory Point (Emlékpont) is a local history museum that aims to "help people bring a spiritual end to the tragic years of the socialist experiment".
Built on the site of a townhouse in a small farming town in southern Hungary, the museum is filled with bloated and ridiculous paintings of the communist era, including a giant statue of a group of workers' militiamen buried in the ground.
